We are seeking a qualified electrician who is not only technically proficient but also values teamwork and communication. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding tasks. In addition, you will play a key role in training our apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge to succeed.

We currently operate at a 70% Domestic to 30% Commercial split and are growing the commercial side of our business. Strong customer-facing skills and a passion for customer service are crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

. Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency
. Work closely with team members, while also taking the initiative to work independently . Provide training and mentorship to apprentices
. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
. Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients

Must Haves:

. 18th Edition Wiring Regs
. Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
. Electrical experience of at least 5 years
. Full driving license
. Excellent fault-finding and technical skills
. Strong attention to detail and high standards for work quality
. Confidence and enthusiasm in training and supporting apprentices . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Advantageous Qualifications:

. Inspection and testing qualification 2391
. Experience with solar installations, EV chargers, or renewable energy systems (eg BPEC Qualifications)
. Experience in Solar PV/Battery System Designs
. CSCS/ECS Card
